- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces with a glass cleaner.



- Sweep or vacuum the floor to remove dirt and debris.



- Empty the trash bin and replace with a new liner.

Weekly Cleaning

Weekly

- Clean the toilet bowl, seat, and exterior with a toilet bowl cleaner.



- Scrub the bathtub or shower enclosure with a suitable cleaner.



- Wash shower curtains or replace them if necessary.



- Clean grout lines and tiles to prevent mold and mildew buildup.

Monthly Maintenance

Monthly

- Inspect and clean the bathroom exhaust fan for proper ventilation.



- Check for leaks or drips in plumbing fixtures and repair as needed.



- Test water pressure in the shower and adjust if necessary.



- Clean and sanitize drains to prevent clogs and odors.

Bi-Annual Inspections

Bi-Annually

- Check for water damage on walls, ceilings, and floors.



- Inspect caulking around sinks, tubs, and showers for wear and tear.



- Test the functionality of faucets, showerheads, and toilet mechanisms.



- Evaluate grout condition and reseal if required.

Annual Maintenance

- Replace worn-out caulking around fixtures and seams.



- Inspect and repair any plumbing leaks to prevent water damage.



- Consider regrouting tiles or refinishing surfaces as needed.



- Address any mold or mildew issues promptly.

Preventive Measures

- Use shower caddy or organizer to keep toiletries organized.



- Install shower curtain liner to protect against water damage.



- Use squeegee to wipe down shower walls after use.



- Keep plunger and drain snake on hand for minor clogs.
